the wonderful pasture of Kamikochi is preserved between the snowy mountains in central Japan. the soil & plantation is still evolving after the eruption of Yakedake in June of 1915, while the volcanic mud slide dammed the flow of Azusa River, and created a pond called Taisho Pond.
i was impressed by the power & energy of the nature
i was amazed by the artistry & creativity of the nature
it was a bit rush for visiting only a few hours
i will stay for a few nights next time
