純天然! 豆漿燕麥洗敷面膜 (敏感濕疹皮膚適用!!)

天氣咁乾燥,怕潔面後會令皮膚變得更乾?
如果不帶走皮上油脂污垢, 老舊角質積聚的話, 不但有礙皮膚自我水油調節與代謝更新, 堵塞毛孔外, 塗上面有多尊貴或滋潤的護膚品都無法滲入肌膚被吸收, 不但會愈變愈乾, 更有爆發皮膚炎症或嚴重脫水脫皮的可能。

一般使用洗面膏後皮膚表層的油脂和水份都會被帶走, 天氣乾燥時使皮膚變得更乾燥, 泡沫潔面劑更乾, 所以並不適合中性或偏乾的皮膚在乾燥的冬天使用。

水劑的潔膚液, 由於要以水劑的狀態帶走油溶性的化妝品和油脂污垢, 所以都含有較多的化學劑, 因乾燥而變得脆弱的皮膚可能會在使用後引起敏感症狀, 我有時候也會對Bioderma 敏感, 但快速方便時候也會使用, 使用後必需再用潔面用品或化妝水帶走皮膚上的潔膚水, 這是正確安全的用法。

潔顏油或卸妝油當然是卸妝潔面一TAKE 過的好產品, 簡單的植物油加乳化劑的配方, 安心適合任何皮膚使用。*(注意: FANCL 的卸妝油需要於使用後再用潔面劑洗乾淨, 而除了油性肌膚外, 大部分其他品牌的卸妝油都可以直接洗掉的, 早上起床也可以用。)

最近, 在這乾燥的天氣下, 我使用了可以潔膚同時護膚的豆漿燕麥洗面! 無錯! 是早餐用來吃的豆漿+燕麥!

豆漿燕麥洗敷面膜

||滋養、柔軟肌膚和角質、舒緩敏感發炎、溫和去角質、不堵塞毛孔、濕疹||

建立健康的皮膚屏障, 由洗面開始!

做法:
約一茶匙的即沖豆漿粉
約一茶匙桂格即食燕麥片
約半茶匙熱水

用法:
攪拌成漿, 放暖後, 放在掌心裡, 分段放在面和頸上, 用指腹充分地輕輕打圈按摩每個部分, 尤其是鼻翼、人中、下巴和額頭這些較多死皮和污垢的位置, 按摩約1分鐘後, 敷大約3分鐘用溫水洗淨或用濕棉花抹掉即可!

大約一湯匙的份量足夠用面和頸的敷洗清潔! 如果做得太多的話, 其餘的可以放進口裡吃掉! 洗也健康吃也健康, 連心血管都變得健康 XD (同時減肥!)

用新鮮的豆漿煲熱放暖製作, 效力應該更好, 但當然用豆漿粉比較方便和容易控制份量, 我用的是大排檔即沖豆漿。使用有機食品製作就是DIY有機護膚品喇!

Build up healthy skin barrier, Starts from Facial Wash!

Receipe:
approx. 1 tsp Instant Soymilk Drink Powder (*fresh warm soymilk may also be used)
approx. 1 tsp Quaker Instant Oatmeal
approx. 1/2 tsp hot water

Directions:
Stir until it becomes thick fluid, put 1 tbsp in your palm; Put onto your face and neck in portions; Massage slightly & thoroughly for 1 min with your finger tips, esp. near wings of nose, chin & forehead where dirt & scarp focused; Rinse off with warm water or cotton pads after 3mins

Approx. 1 tbsp is enough to cover face & neck area. Excess amount could be eaten directly as healthy breakfast for skin & cardio!

It’s for convenience to use instant soymilk powder. Fresh soymilk would be more effective. You may also use Organic Food to make your own Organic Skincare!
